While exercise is not required to find success with this program, there are a TON of healthy benefits that come along with it. You will get a sample exercise plan that can be done at home or the gym as well as access to my personalized exercise library so that you can access demonstrations for every movement on the plan.

Step 1
Book a decision-making call with me HERE. We will discuss your goals, what you have tried before, and what your struggles have been. I answer any questions you may have about the program. Together we will decide if now is the right time for you to JOIN us.
Step 2
Once you join the VIP PROGRAM you will receive a welcome email detailing all of your next steps. How the program works, when your personalized program will start, how to access your personalized portal, how to schedule your coaching calls, and how your program will be delivered.
Step 3
Next you will complete your detailed questionnaire and 5-day food log. This questionnaire will touch on much more than our first call. This is so important because it really helps me to learn so much more about you. Your likes, dislikes, habits, and helps me understand how to best help you throughout this process.

Then you schedule your 1-hour one-on-one coaching call with me! I will answer any additional questions you may have about the program, I will make sure I completely understand you and what your goals are so that I can design your bomb-ass, made-just-for-you plan! In 3-5 days I deliver your personalized sample meal plans, recipe guides, grocery lists, and workout/movement plans.

You get one of these each week. We will get them scheduled out ahead of time so that we are both ready and present. These calls are for me to check in on your progress as well as for you to let me know if you are struggling in any areas and a great time for us to celebrate wins together!
This is my own exercise library that I am providing you with video demonstrations of exercises and workouts from home or the gym so that you will know exactly how to safely perform each move.
