I am Kim Watson-Pitts and I am certified personal trainer and a former competitive bodybuilder.


After 5 years of hard core dieting and competing, I was exhausted and burned out.


Admittedly I quit dieting altogether and was only working out 3-4 times a week compared to 7 days a week during competition prep.


Not only did I gain weight at a rapid pace, I was getting older and my metabolism had become a complete wreck from all of the extensive dieting. 


I did not know how to eat properly to manage my weight in a non-competition state. I did not know how to eat in the "real world" without adding on the pounds. 


As a personal trainer I had worked with many clients and helped them navigate their weight management journey, but after the age of 40 I was struggling with my own.
