Who is a good fit for this program?
What kind of time commitment is involved?
This is a 4-Week (28 day) program. You will need to plan to prepare the meals that are recommended on the plan as well as set aside 30-45 minutes, 3 days per week for the workouts.
I'm a pretty picky eater, will I be able to eat foods I like on the program?
ABSOLUTELY!!! If you don’t like or dread the meals, well, you will eventually throw in the towel. There will be some basic guidelines to follow within the program, but you get some flexibility in your plan so that you can enjoy the foods that you love!
I have dietary restrictions/limitations. Can I still do this program?
Oh for sure!! The program includes a "sample" meal plan, but you can design your own meal plan to suit any and all of your dietary needs.
What happens if I miss a day or three?
That’s OK!! We all struggle and fall off from time to time, matter of fact, I expect it! But I am here for you when it happens to give you a hand to jump back on track without judgment or punishment.
